Metallic Outliners are a set of eight (8) super cool metallic ink pens designed to create a beautiful dual-colour effect with a single stroke.
Perfect for hand lettering crafts, school and art projects, journal entries and greeting card messages. Make sure you give each pen a good shake (with cap on) before you use and gently press the tip on paper to engage the ink (instructions on back of box). Then prepare yourself for a super shimmering metallic silver paint-like result, outlined by six contrasting colours.
